If you are a delegate interested in joining the World Zone, please review the following steps described in Congress decision 2017-013:

1. A federation willing to change zonal membership needs to make a request to the new Zonal Director (Jason Bokar).
2. If the federation does not have history of unfulfilled financial obligations with the previous zone AND if the New Zonal Director approves the request, then

The federation must acknowledge that the membership change will default any pending qualifications of his players to the zonal championship in the previous zone, however the new Zonal Director may grant equivalent qualifications to the players in the new zone. Also the federation needs to acknowledge that no further changes in membership will be allowed for 5 years.
